About Observgo
ENAP's L'Observatoire de l'administration publique created an integrated communications unit for the purpose of disseminating news from its ongoing scanning and analysis work. A mainstay of this unit is Observgo, a bimonthly horizon scanning newsletter that gathers information and re-disseminates it in the form of references. Observgo is the outcome of a process of systematic scanning and watch performed by a group of L'Observatoire information specialists under the supervision of the horizon scanning co-ordinator. The information disseminated via this newsletter is gathered from specialized periodicals and the Websites of the government departments and public bodies of a number of OECD countries, university research centres and international organizations.
Observgo contents fall under one of two main headings:
Public management
- Governance and administrative reforms
- Public organization management
- Human resources management
- Financial resources management
- Information resources management
- Administrative law, public ethics and accountability
|
Public policies
- Analysis, development, and evaluation of public policies
- Healthcare system management
- Education system management
- Regional and local governance
- Economic development
- Social policies
- International and intergovernmental relations
